We are currently investigating reports of problems uploading files, most notably to student drop boxes and as attachments to discussion boards. This issue does not happen to all drop boxes or discussion boards, nor does it happen to all users. It has been an intermittent occurrence since Friday. We have contacted D2L and opened up an incident report with them; they are working on finding a resolution as fast as they can. In the meantime, should you encounter an "Internal Error" when submitting an assignment, please contact the help desk at 1-866-813-1177. Please be sure to have ready your NLU ID# and 5-digit CRN course number or name.
