Are you an instructor who wants to know more about the new NLU Online campus (Desire2Learn) LMS that NLU is deploying this winter 2013 term? Are you wondering what D2L looks like, what its capabilities are, and how your Blackboard course will migrate over?

Well your wait is over! National Louis University has created a comprehensive D2L Orientation workshop which has already been used to train over 50 faculty and staff members at NLU. We have a wide variety of training times, and locations to choose from including online. The D2L Orientation Workshop will give you tips on navigating the Desire2learn system, and will introduce you to a wide array of D2L tools for course building, communication, and assessment. You can also migrate one of your own courses to D2L and work on your own materials during the workshop.  Lastly coffee and refreshments are included in your training along with handouts and training materials you can take home with you.
