As we wrap up our first week of classes, we are please that the issues that surfaced earlier in the week have been mostly resolved. However, another arose today. Below is a summary of the issues:

ISSUE:
Users cannot upload files to the D2l servers.
RESOLUTION:

The D2L support team has escalated our issue to the highest level priority and is currently working on resolving it. Given its high priority level, we expect this issue to be resolved shortly.

ISSUE:
Students not being able to click on their courses when they see them (not linked).
RESOLUTION:
The semester has started so all course open dates have passed. All courses set to start this week should now be open (unless overridden by the instructor)

ISSUE:
Some pairing of students with courses did not properly synch when real-time integration went live last week.
RESOLUTION:
We pulled the data for all enrollments during the timeframe in question and manually synced their accounts this week. Any further stray un-processed enrollments should come through the Help Desk and take us only a few moments to fix. If you hear of any students still having issues, please ask them to call the Help Desk.

As always, please feel free to reach out to OIT for any questions or support needs for D2L. And, let's be sure to help our students have the best semester ever!
